MACHANE LEVEL TWO!!
We are so excited to give the year 2s an introduction to bnei with a taste of Junior Summer Camp! For one day only, chanichim will experience the fun of camp in a specifically tailored program.
We will be leaving Melbourne at 8am, heading to Marysville by bus and returning by 7.30pm. Morning tea, lunch and a light dinner is included, as well as all activities, programming and a small present!
Wednesday 22nd December, 8am-7.30pm
$90 for the whole day
More details will be communicated regarding drop off and pick up location, and all other important information.
Our Madrichim will be with the kids for the entire day
As we continue to receive guidance from the Department of Health (DH), AZYC and medical professionals, please note that there may be further updates to our Covid-19 policy.
All year 2 chanichim attending the day camp are required to receive a negative result in a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) up to 12 hours before drop off on Wednesday 22nd December. Proof is required to be shown before your child is allowed on the bus. One test per child will be provided by Bnei Akiva Melbourne, and available for pickup on Sunday 19th December.
A child MUST NOT attend camp if:
- They or a family member have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or are awaiting test results. They have been identified as a close contact and been told to self isolate. They have recently returned from overseas and are in isolation awaiting test results.
- If throughout the duration of camp the Rosh Machane, Shaliach or medic believes a child is displaying symptoms consistent with COVID-19, and this is subsequently confirmed by our doctor on call, it is up to the parents to arrange pickup from camp to have their child tested. The child will remain in a designated isolation room, with appropriate supervision, until they are picked up . They must not return to camp unless they provide proof of a negative test result.
