  • Kippah and tefillin (boys)

  • Raincoat and gumboots/ shoes for wet weather
  • Warm PJ’s
  • Long-sleeved shirts for 5 days of camp
  • Skirts/pants for 5 days of camp
  • Undies and socks!!
  • Shabbat clothes
  • A coloured item of clothing for arts and crafts
  • Sneakers/other closed shoes for winter

  • Shower shoes
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste etc…
  • Towel
  • Hat
  • Water Bottle.
  • Linen (Sleeping bag, fitted sheet, pillow and pillowcase etc…)
  • Torch
  • Money for shekem (optional)
  • Hand sanitiser (will otherwise be provided before and after meal times)
  • Mask (optional)
  • Personal tissues (optional)

PLEASE NOTE

  • When participating in Winter Camp, please consider the laws of tzniut (modesty):
  • For girls: no miniskirts or shorts, tank/singlet tops, no t-shirts with cap sleeves and no leggings worn by themselves. A skirt must be worn for every tefillah and on Shabbat.
  • For boys: no tank/singlet tops and no inappropriate length shorts. A kippah must be worn at all times.
  • Bnei Akiva does not accept responsibility for valuable items brought on camp. Illicit drugs, alcohol, and raiding materials are absolutely banned from camp. Possession of any such items provides grounds for expulsion from camp at the parents’ expense.
